Manatee Isles is a premium waterfront townhouse community located in Manatee, Florida. The branding needed to capture the relaxed, vacation-like atmosphere of coastal living while appealing to buyers looking for permanent luxury.

The Design Solution: We created a circular badge logo featuring crossed palm trees sitting atop gentle ocean waves. This imagery instantly communicates the leisure and serenity of the location. The teal and sandy beige color palette reflects the natural environment of the Florida coast, creating a cohesive and inviting brand experience.
