The Client
Living, Ltd. is a boutique real estate agency in Tokyo specializing in housing for single women moving to the city center. The brand needed to communicate trust, safety, and modern independence under the tagline “Security First”.
The Design
We created a linear, architectural logo that combines the outline of city buildings with a protective structure. The vibrant pink and black color palette creates a high-contrast look that feels feminine yet strong and authoritative, standing out in the crowded Tokyo property market.
Security First, Visibly
The Security First tagline sits within the lockup itself, beneath the architectural line-art, so the agency's core promise travels with the logo onto every listing and brochure. For the target client, a single woman choosing her first apartment in central Tokyo, that visible commitment is the brand's strongest argument.
The photography follows her perspective: a woman looking out over Tokyo's city lights, street scenes from the neighbourhoods Living, Ltd serves. Set against the brand's pink gradient applications, the imagery presents city life as something to claim confidently, with the practical matter of safety already handled.
The Result
The architectural line-art logo gives Living, Ltd a distinctive presence in one of the world's most competitive property markets. The bold pink and black palette sets it apart from the neutral tones that dominate Tokyo real estate branding, making listings and marketing materials instantly recognizable. For their target audience of single women relocating to the city, the identity communicates both safety and modern confidence at first glance.
